Refund & Access Policy

The GLP-1 Glow-Up Guide is a digital PDF product. Because the guide is delivered electronically and access is provided after purchase, all sales are final and refunds are not offered after the product has been delivered.

To help you feel confident before buying, you may request a free demo version by emailing support@glp1glowup.fit. The demo version is intended to show the style, structure, tone, and practical value of the guide before you commit to purchasing the full 106-page version and includes Chapter 1 and parts of other chapters.

If there is a technical issue with your order, we will help correct the access issue. This may include resending the delivery email, resetting a valid download link, or confirming the purchase email used at checkout.

Refunds are not provided for reasons such as changing your mind after receiving access, not using the guide, buying the wrong digital product after checkout confirmation, or expecting individualized medical, nutrition, fitness, beauty, or body transformation advice beyond the educational content included in the PDF.

If you believe you were charged more than once for the same product, contact support@glp1glowup.fit with the purchase email and transaction details so the duplicate charge can be reviewed.
